Creative Summer School
‘The Magical World of Nicosia:
Stories of the Past and the Present’
The Leventis Municipal Museum of Nicosia and the A. G. Leventis Gallery invite their young friends once again to a summer school full of fun and creativity.
What do the Leventis Municipal Museum of Nicosia and the A. G. Leventis Gallery have in common this summer? They hold stories of people from the past and the present, unfolding through photographs, objects, paintings and narratives.
The temporary exhibitions of both museums, ‘Sector 2:Nicosia at the Leventis Municipal Museum of Nicosia, which explores the Green Line’, and ‘Look at Me! Portraits in Greece by Robert A. McCabe’ at the A. G. Leventis Gallery, which showcases the photographer’s portraits taken in Greece, will serve as the inspiration and starting point for us to explore our city and its world.
Together we will discover the magical world of Nicosia’s people, capture it through our photographic lens and bring it to life through theatre, painting, music and movement.
We look forward to welcoming you on a unique journey into a world full of imagination and creativity!
This year, the Summer School will take place at the Leventis Municipal Museum of Nicosia.
