The A. G. Leventis Gallery, within the framework of its new cultural programme, invites you to a unique evening where classical music meets the visual arts, high above the city.

On the 15th floor of the Leventis Tower, the Prometheas String Quartet will present a captivating programme inviting audiences to experience the beauty and intimacy of classical and contemporary crossover music in an extraordinary setting.

During the concert, architect Angeliki Koutsodimitropoulou who works across visual and spatial practices will present a series of animated visual environments inspired by selected works from the A. G. Leventis Gallery Paris Collection. Departing from works such as Nicolas-Jacques Julliar’s ‘Rocky Landscape with a Waterfall, Shepherd, Shepherdess and Sheep, and a Baying Dog’ and Jean Dufy’s ‘The Entrance to the Port’, the projections will draw from the colours, forms, gestures and individual elements of the paintings, transforming them into abstract, evolving spaces that gradually move beyond the original artworks and come together in a new visual landscape.
