3rd workshop: “Myself and others as part of the world”

"What is my place in the world?"
"I am unique, I know that!"

Based on the proven inquiry-based pedagogy that aims to help children develop critical, creative, caring and collaborative thinking skills, known as Philosophy for Children (P4C) and inspired by the painting by Nicos Engonopoulos, “Orfeus”, Marina and Rebecca Katsaris invite their young – and for the first time – more mature friends to a family workshop which seeks to initiate conversations regarding how they understand themselves as individuals as well as part of the society.

Furthermore, during the workshop, Marina and Rebecca will be discussing with the participants, all the things that make them unique and how, accepting each other’s uniqueness, can help us create healthier relationships and a better, more compassionate world for everyone.

Come join us on a self-awareness journey during which we will have the opportunity to explore and reflect more deeply on the complex concepts of uniqueness, empathy and symbiosis through role-play and an array of visual materials, as well as the utilisation of a number of drama techniques.
